PROCEDURE

1. Combine Phase A and mix well until Niacinamide is dissolved.
2. Add Phase B to Phase A and homogenize until uniform.
3. Add Phase C to AB and homogenize until uniform.
4. In a separate beaker prepare a pre-mix of Harmonie Sleek Ionic gel in Glycerin, homogenize it until smooth mixture.
5. Add Phase D pre-mix to ABC and homogenize well until smooth and uniform.
6. Add preservative and fragrance and homogenize at low speed until smooth and uniform liquid.
