Comfort Matt Serum is a lightweight cream-serum with fast absorption. It’s silky, soft and powdery afterfeel is due to the combination of HarmonieT^M Luxe 4 Powder and Velvesil^TM DM LC gel.

PROCEDURE

1. Disperse Safic-Care XCG and Harmonie Luxe 4 Powder  in Glycerin, then add other ingredients of part A. Heat to 80°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients of oil  phase В and heat to 80°C.
3. Add phase B to phase A while mixing and homogenize the mixture 2-3 min (Ultra Turrax-9500 rpm) until homogeneous.
4. Add HarmonieTM Soft Fluid at 60 °C and homogenize until homogeneous.
5. Add Sepimax Zen at 55 –60 °C and homogenize one more time.
6. Cool down to room temperature while mixing and add ingredients of phase E, mix.
