Lightweight Face and Body SPF 30 is a light lotion which spreads easily across the skin with a silky sensation and a soft nourishing skin feel. It is non-whitening leaving the skin with a healthy glow.

Harmonie™ Soft fluid reduces the greasy sensation of UV filters and other emollients whilst Harmonie™ Luxe 4 powder contributes to the silky soft and powdery after feel.

PROCEDURE

1. Combine Phase A and stir until uniform.
2. Premix Phase B, then add it to main batch under homogenisation until uniform, free from lumps.
3. Premix Phase C and adjust the pH to above 7 until it is crystal clear, free from particles (meaning the UV filter is fully neutralized).
4. Add Phase C to the main batch under constant homogenization until it is smooth. Heat the main batch to 75°C.
5. Mix Phase D, heat to 75°C until crystal clear.
6. At 75°C, add Phase D to main batch under homogenization until uniform. Add Phase E straight after under homogenization. Cool down under constant stirring to 60-65°C.
7. At 60-65°C, add Phases F and G in given order under low homogenization until uniform. Cool down under constant stirring to 40°C.
8. At 40°C, add Phase H under stirring. Adjust pH to 7.25-7.75.
