Velvet Touch BB Cream is a pigmented O/W cream with a soft butter texture and fresh non-greasy application. Melting onto the skin it is quick and easy to use with fast absorption and a caring texture.

Harmonie™ Sleek Ionic gel aids pigment dispersion and improves color uniformity on the skin. Harmonie™ Soft fluid is a volatile emollient that enhances application and drying on the skin whilst Harmonie™ Luxe 4 powder contributes to a silky smooth after feel.

PROCEDURE

1. Pre-mix Potassium Cetyl Phosphate and Harmonie Luxe 4 powder in Glycerinand Propylene Glycol, then add all other ingredients of water Phase A, heat to 75-80°C under constant stirring.
2. Combine Phase B and heat to 75-80°C.
3. At 75°C, add Phase B to main batch under homogenization. Homogenize the mixture during1-2 min at 9,000-10,000 rpm.
4. Pre-mix ingredients of Phase C under homogenization. Add PhaseC to ABat 60-65°C, homogenize for 1 min until uniform.
5. Cool down underconstant stirring to 45-50°C.
6. Add ingredients of Phase D and mix until uniform. Cool to room temperature.
